Finexio sends email reminders to the Supplier on days 3, 5 and 7. Additional outreach is completed between days 9 and 12 via phone call to Supplier, and again at days 12 through 15.
If the virtual card is still outstanding at day 30 with full amount unprocessed, Finexio will reissue the payment via printed check. Should there be any partially used funds on the virtual card by day 30, the remaining funds are refunded back to the Customer.
